Sunday on MFR from 8pm

First of all, a few questions... What do Sunday's entail for you? Is it a lazy day? Do you curl up with a hangover? Do you take it upon yourself to enjoy a hair of the dog? However you spend your Sunday it's better spending it with the added bonus of some great music.

Our show is all about the music, the good, the new, the old, the sometimes "a bit different" ...and as a great philosopher once wrote... "it's good to try something once and if you don't like it then don't try it again".

If you hear something for the first time and you're not quite sure, you shouldn't dismiss it because how will you know you wont like it the second time round?!

I don't talk too much and pretty much everything I say has a relevance somehow! Interviews come through every so often and I try where I can, to accommodate live music...

And now, for you... I am here also to give as much support as I can to local music... so if you are in a band, know of a band, have a gig that you can't wait to go to then please please please please let me know! Just e mail me below!!
