Oh God – where to start?

Usually at about a couple of minutes to 6, and by the skin of my teeth – no, you don’t get used to getting up at stupid o’clock in the morning, not even after all this time! But I wouldn’t trade it for anything else – there’s no better way to start my day than with Ginno, John and Kat doing Breakfast on MFR.

I love the music, I love the chat. I love the gossip, and I love it when you get in touch.

I love what the job brings – the people I’ve met, the places I’ve been and the dresses I get to wear for the MFR Awards.

I love West Wing, red wine, scallops, my stripy hair (so lucky to be born with it that way), tulips, Gordon Ramsay, growing my own veg and my new bike.

And my head is full of useless rubbish…like sucking a teaspoon while you chop onions stops you from crying. Try it!!
