MFR

Tich has been at MFR since the very first week we went on air way back in 1982. He started out on the weekly local Top 30 show on Saturday mornings and just wouldn’t go away. Along the way he’s presented all of the daytime shows at some point and is currently to be found Sunday to Friday on MFR between 10am and 1pm.

He’s also done a few things for Grampian Television in the past, including a few seasons of answering the calls and reading out the viewers comments on “We The Jury”, hosted by Anne Mackenzie. And he hosted a quiz show called “Snap” for them too.
For the last ten years he’s also appeared in the pantomimes at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness in various different roles. And is usually out somewhere in the area doing his disco work every weekend.

Tich is a Capricorn, born on the 1st of January a few years ago, and enjoys rallying in his spare time, when he hasn’t broken the car!!! As well as the MFR logos and 1st Pizza Direct logos all over the rally car, there’s a rumour that, if you see it upside down in a ditch, there’s another sponsors name to be found underneath too.

Tich will play you a song at 10am, you figure out the year that song came from and guess what year we’ll end up at by the time the clock strikes 10.30 – simple as that!  But watch out for that McCooey guy, he can be very sneaky!!
